BRIEF
Fenix Real Estate asked Skills Media to design 3 master websites, whose style could then be applied to their growing family of shopping centres throughout Australia.
The 3 types of shopping centres managed by Fenix Real Estate include: High End Boutique, Fashion & Homewares, and Bulky Goods. Each of these master styles need to adhere to the offline branding, and appeal to the varying target markets for each centre. They also need to appear as part of the Fenix family of centres.
The second objective was to drive traffic to the websites, and build on the mailing list database/es for each centre.
Solution
Skills Media successfully designed and produced 3 master websites which appealed to the different demographic for each centre, while also being instantly recognisable as part of the Fenix brand.
The styles for these master websites were then applied to 9 individual shopping centre websites.
Each website includes:
- Interactive store directory, which assists users in locating individual stores and finding their way around the centre
- News archive template to inform users of upcoming events; and a mailing list subscription form
- Email marketing tool to assist in building on the database for each centre
